Candidate to Drop Out of Race?

Word on the street is that Norma Favela will drop out of the race for District Clerk. I attempted to reach Favela and several closer campaign staffers to confirm or deny the rumor and was not able to reach any one.

UPDATE: Apparently the rumors began with an email that was sent out by Favela to close supporters recently and the tone of the email led her supporters to beleive she was going to drop out. However I was able to reach Favela on the phone this morning and she confirmed that she is indeed in the race “for the long haul”.
